"I have been a loyal paying customer since I have gotten my driver's license in 2022. My usual agent is wonderful. I recently got a hold of a different agent and im beyond disappointed. The rudeness on how the phone was picked up and rudely answered my question. Not even bothering to help or bother to point in the right direction. I had to get a hold of Oklahoma to get help to figure what type of insurance is needed to help my friend get his drivers license back."

"Unfortunately, I must change my initial five-star review to a two-star review. My MONTHY insurance at this agency has increased $138 a MONTH, plus change, in just two years. I have been with State Farm for more than 40 years, and I’ve never seen such drastic increases. The excuse was inflation. So, I’m looking at a 30+% inflation rate over two years. At this point, I’m seriously considering a change in insurance. One more excessive price hike, and I’m definitely moving elsewhere. According to most of the research that I’ve done on this issue, most of that 30% went to line the agent's pockets rather than provide me with affordable insurance. State Farm...your drastic pricing practices are going to cost you a LOT of life-long insurees, so maybe a little less Jake from State Farm and K.C. Chiefs (or whatever the latest commercials have) and a little more providing affordable insurance might be a good idea."
