"I thought the insurance was a bit pricey for liability only. But they did not make me go to their office. Our car had a black sticker and I insured it so I could get a regular sticker, and we could legally drive the vehicle. They sent me a Binder Receipt which allowed me to get the new sticker and able to drive the same day."

"Very happy they told me to let them know when I got a new roof to apply for a discount. We went impact class 3 so there will be a discount. I can’t say I am happy with State Farm’s adjuster that told me on the phone there had not been reportable hail here since 2024, one inch is when they report. Well we have lived here since 2023 so there you go, two year old damage State Farm paid nothing for due to their adjuster. Think about it, on the one hand we had hail damage, but on the other it was 2024. So what same insurance same time of residence. Such transparent flawed logic. Very happy with Anytime Inc that did the roofing."

"Got dropped for having $0 in claims over the last three years.
We filed a claim because we thought we had some wind and hail damage. There was no payout because they determined there was not enough damage although the roofers all disagreed.
Received a letter one month prior to my renewal that they were dropping me due to my total amount of claims which totaled $0.00
Do not recommend State Farm.
Call the office to get an explanation and they had nothing for me. Did not care. Terrible customer service."
